摘要
本文探讨了实时工业控制计算机系统中的有限词汇语音合成技术。在分析这类系统的特点和基本要求的基础上，提出了实现的一般方法。介绍了具有RS－422A通信接口的语音合成系统的设计。该系统采用ADPCM语音合成方式，由双80C31控制，其中一个80C31增强通信功能。系统音质好、可靠性高，能满足工业控制计算机系统的实时性的要求，并已应用于工业测控计算机系统。
Speech synthesis technology with limited vocabulary in industrial control computer system isdiscussed in the paper. Based on analyzing thecharacteristics and requirement of this sort of system,the implementation approaches of speech synthesis ispresented. The design of a sort of speech synthesissystem with limited vocabulary provided with RS-422A communication interface is described. AdaptiveDelta modulation Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM)method is used, and the system is controlled bydouble 80C31 microcontrollers, one of the them isused to enhance the function of the serial communication. The speech quality of the system is good, and thereliability is high, meeting the needs of industrialcontrol computer systems. It has successfully appliedto an industrial mea s ureme nt and c ontrol c omp uter s y s tern.
