摘要
从风险的角度出发，分析农业气象孕灾环境、致灾因子、承灾体的抗灾能力和灾情，计算出主要农业气象灾害风险度，并进行了灾害风险评估，进一步揭示农业气象灾害对农业生产的影响程度，作出农业气象灾害风险区划，并进行了评述。
Starting from the view of risk , the agrometeorological breeding surrounding, causing factors, fighting capacity of bearing substance and calamities conditions would be analyzed, and the risk degree of the major agrometeorological calamities calculated, and the risk evaluation on the calamities made. Then to go a step further, the influencing standard of agrometeorological calamities on agricultural production would be exposed. The risk regionalization of agrometeorological calamities was accomplished and commented on it.
