摘要
探讨纤维丝光化处理对过滤纸的纤维形态以及物理性能的影响。并对碱液浓度、处理温度、处理时间对阔叶木纤维的丝光化处理效果进行讨论。从电镜观察的纤维形态以及纸的滤水速度、紧度等物理性能指标等方面来探讨纤维丝光化对过滤纸性能的影响。
In this experiment the effect of the mercerized fiber treatment in filter paper on the fiber＇s morphology and other physical properties are discussed.After treated according to different conditions of alkali concentration,temperature and processing time,the effect on the wood fiber mercerizing filtration rate are discussed.Discussion of fiber mercerized on the filtering performance are carried from the fiber morphology＇s electron microscope analyzement and the test of the paper＇s drainage rate,tightness and other physical performance.
