摘要
气垫干燥器是利用热能干燥浆板的设备,用来除去压榨和其他机械装置不能或很难脱去的水分。在传统的纸张和纸板生产工艺中通常使用烘缸组来进一步提高纸张干度,在现今世界上的大中型浆板生产企业则是用气垫干燥器代替烘缸组达到提高浆板干度的效果。本文旨在介绍浆板在气垫内跑偏的原因和处理方法。
The air cushion dryer is a thermal equipment to drying the pulp sheet,it used for removing the moisture which is difficult or impossible to dewater by press or other mechanical method.In a traditional paper and cardboard making process,the dryer cylinders group is used to further increase the paper dryness,but the large and medium-sized pulp sheet manufacturing enterprises normally using the air cushion dryer instead of dryer cylinders to improve the sheet drying effect.This paper is focus on analyzing and dealing with the pulp sheet deviated movement in the air cushion dryer.
