竹浆氧脱木素工艺

Technique of Oxygen Delignification of Bamboo Pulp

摘要 为了提高脱木素选择性,探讨表面活性剂(X)与过氧化氢混合使用时氧脱木素工艺条件的优化,并进行了后续TCF漂白。结果表明,表面活性剂与过氧化氢强化氧脱木素的最佳工艺条件为:浆浓10%,表面活性剂X用量0.3%,过氧化氢用量0.5%,硫酸镁用量0.5%,氧压0.5MPa,用碱量2.5%,反应温度85℃,反应时间60min。在最优条件下处理后,浆料卡伯值为9.7,黏度为964.3mL·g-1,白度为44.3%ISO,脱木素率为57.1%,黏度降低率为11.2%。优化后经TCF漂白,浆料白度可达80.6%ISO。 In order to improve the delignification selectivity,the process optimization of surfactants X and hydrogen peroxide reinforced oxygen delignification and TCF bleaching are studied.The experimental data show that the optimum conditions for surfactants X and hydrogen peroxide reinforced oxygen delignification is that the pulp concentration is 10%,the surfactant dosage is 0.3%,the hydrogen peroxide dosage is 0.5%,the MgSO4 dosage is 0.5%,the Oxygen pressure is 0.5MPa,the alkali dosage is 2.5% and the reaction temperature at 85℃ for 60min.Under the optimum conditions,the pulp kappa is 9.7,the viscosity is 964.3 mL·g-1,the whiteness is 44.3%ISO,delignification rate is 57.1%,viscosity reduce rate is 11.2%.After TCF bleaching,we can see that the whiteness of the pulp under optimum conditions can reach 80.6%.
