摘要
目的:了解柳州市各级医疗机构消毒效果,以便采取相应改进措施提高各级医疗机构的消毒工作质量。方法:根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)要求对柳州市58家医疗机构2007年至2009年的消毒效果进行监测。结果:3年共检测样品3598份,总检测合格率为95.19%,2007年-2009年合格率分别为96.26%、96.74%、91.05%,经统计学处理(χ2=22.09,P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论:柳州市各级医疗机构消毒工作质量仍然存在一些问题,需采取进一步措施加强消毒监测和管理。
Objective：To find out the disinfection status in medical institutions at various levels in Liuzhou city and take corresponding measures to improve disinfection quality.Methods：Sterilization effect in 58 medical institutions in Liuzhou city were monitored from 2007 to 2009 according to disinfection technical specification published by the ministry of public health（2002 version） requirements.Results：Among 3598 samples which were collected and examined in medical institutions at various levels in Liuzhou city from 2007 to 2009,the average eligibility rate was 95.19% and 96.74%,96.26%,91.05% from 2007 to 2009,respectively,by statistics processing（χ^2=22.09,P〉0.05）,and no significant differences.Conclusion：The disinfection quality in medical institutions at various levels in Liuzhou city,some problems still exist and need to take further measures to strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection job.
