摘要
库尔勒—鄯善输油管道是我国第一条大落差并设有减压站的常温输送管道,首次在该管道上成功地完成了一次清管作业,掌握了库鄯输油管道结蜡及原油分层沉积规律,并对管道运行过程中结蜡的速度和以后清管周期进行了分析。找到了避免堵塞的方法,为以后的管道安全清管提供了经验。
Korla--Shanshan oil pipeline is China's first ordinary temperature transportation pipeline
that crosses the region with discrepancy in elevation (1 665 m) and a pressure-reducing station is installed. A successful pigging operation of the pipeline was made in 1998. Through studying the law of wax deposit and laminating sedimentation of crude oil,the authors determinated the speed of wax deposit and the pigging period,which was very useful for the future pigging operation of the pipeline.
