Modeling and Simulation of Installation Motion of Gear Assembly Parts

摘要 论述了减速器机构中典型零件齿轮基于正向工程设计软件Pro/E和专用反求工程Geometric软件作为CAD建模系统构造齿轮的三维模型的方法,并且介绍了在Pro/E环境下,运用虚拟装配和机构运动仿真技术,结合实际应用,实现减速器机构虚拟装配和机构运动仿真分析,解决了以往齿轮建模过程繁琐和齿轮机构不能模拟真实环境下工作状况的问题,提高了产品的设计质量和效率。 A three-dimensional model method was described of the gears based on Pro/E software and Geometric software as the gears of CAD modeling system in the mechanism of gear assembly,the realization of the virtual assembly and motion simulation analysis of the mechanism of gear assembly was presented under Pro/E environment using the technology of virtual assembly and mechanism motion simulation and combining practical applications,the problems were solved of the complexity of previous gear modeling process and not being able to simulate the working status under real environments,the design quality and design efficiency of products were raised.
