摘要
分别采用国家标准GB/T18102—2007和欧洲标准EN13329—2006对14种不同耐磨等级的强化木地板样品表面耐磨性能进行检测,结果表明:欧洲标准的AC5等级要求严于国家标准商用级,国家标准的家用I级相当于AC3到AC4的水平,国家标准家用II级相当于欧洲标准的AC3的水平,欧洲标准的AC1级、AC2级按国家标准规定检测评定属于不合格品。国家标准耐磨转数的自然对数值与欧洲标准的耐磨转数呈线性相关,测定系数R2为0.9679。
Abrasion resistance of 14 different classes of laminate floor were tested following the national standard GB/T 18102—2007 and the European standard EN 13329—2006, the results showed that AC5 in European standard was stricter than commercial class in China national standard, domestic I in China national standard was equal to AC3 or AC4 in European standard, domestic II in China national standard was equal to AC3 in European standard, it is not qualified according to national standard for AC1 and AC2 in European standard. Natural logarithm of abrasion resis- tance in national standard and abrasion resistance in European standard conform to linear correlation, the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.967 9.
