小菜蛾对杀虫双和杀螟丹抗性与艾氏剂环氧化活性 被引量:4

Relation between Resistance to Dimehypo and Cartap and Aldrin Epoxidase Activities in Diamondback Moths

摘要 利用室内选育119代的抗杀虫双、抗杀螟丹小菜蛾品系和敏感品系,研究了各杂交世代小菜蛾对杀虫双和杀螟丹的敏感性.通过反复回交建立小菜蛾对杀虫双和杀螟丹抗性的近等基因系.测定了各杂交世代和近等基因系的多功能氧化酶环氧化活性.结果表明,抗性品系和抗性近等基因系多功能氧化酶环氧化活性比敏感品系高,杀虫双、杀螟丹抗性品系和杀虫双、杀螟丹抗性近等基因系分别是敏感品系的1.62、1.83、1.56和1.97倍,因此。 Experiments were carried out to demonstrate the resistance to dimehypo and cartap in diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella L.).The insects from resistant and susceptible strain reared and sleceted in laboratory for 119 generations were used.The near isogenic lines strain (NILs) of resistance to dimehypo and cartap was obtained by repeated back crossing.Aldrin epoxidase activities of cross offspring and NILs were evaluated.The results indicated that the aldrin epoxidase activities of resistant strain and NILs were stronger than those of susceptible strain.The activites of dimehypo-resistant(DR) strain,cartapresitant (CR) strain,NILs of DR and NILs of CR were 1.62,1.83,1.56,and 1.97times respectively greater than those of susceptible strain.Therefore,the enhancement of aldrin epoxidase activity was related to DR and CR in diamondback moths.
