摘要
通过对用火作业发生火灾爆炸的故障树分析,找出了用火作业过程中发生火灾爆炸事故的所有途径。通过对该故障树的定性和定量分析,找出了控制用火作业发生火灾爆炸的关键措施,分析了现有的用火作业许可证,并提出对其进行完善的建议。
All the reasons for fire and explosive accidents in ignition work process have been sought out by fault tree analysis. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of this fault tree,key controlling measures for fire and explosive accidents have been found out. The paper analyses the present ignition work permit and provides some effective advices.
