摘要
利用正交设计法设计实验参数，较系统地研究了不同升温速度、不同试样用量、不同净化气氛流量对Ｓｉ６９试样的ＴＧＡ分解温度、分解量的影响，提出最佳实验参数，并计算出实验分析的稳定性程度．
According to the orthogonal design , we do plenty of experiments , systematically
study the influence of the different heating rates, samlpe weights, atomosphere gas flow rates to
the sample decomposition temperature , decomposition rate ; put forward the best parameter of
TGA experiment;and analysis the stability of TGA.
