摘要
通过对国内均三甲苯生产工艺的对比选择,建议对偏三甲苯装置改扩建,利用该装置脱轻塔塔顶采出的均三甲苯、邻甲乙苯富集物为原料,采用烷基化-精馏法联产高附加值均三甲苯产品4 100t/a,年新增效益约3 545万元。
Through the contrast analysis of production technique of sym trimethyl benzene, it is suggested to carry out renovation expansion for unsym trimethyl benzene units. Taking the sym trimethyl benzene and o -methyl ethyl benzene produced from dehydrogenation towers as the raw material,it is suggested to adopt combined alkylation-fractionation method to produce sym trimethyl benzene.By estimate,the annual output could reach 4100 tons,with added benefit of 35,450,000 Yuan/year.
