摘要
用芍药科植物牡丹根皮为材料,采用三种不同的方法提取,经DEAE-纤维素DE-52离子交换柱纯化,获得丹皮多糖(PSM)纯品。动物试验证明,三种不同方法提取PSM的纯品,在降血糖活性上有显著差异。蒸馏水浸提得到的纯品PSM2b降低血糖率为59.9%(P<0.01,50mg/kg)和53.1%(P<0.01,100mg/kg)。温水提取的纯品PSM3b降低血糖率为55.8%(P<0.01,50mg/kg体重)和45.9%(P<0.05,100mg/kg体重),沸水提取的纯品PSM4C无降血糖活性。
Mudan cortex of paeonia
suffrulicosa was extracted with water ( 20-30℃), hot water (40℃) and boiling water (100℃),
treated with ethanol to remove and obtain the crude polysaccharide. Then crude PSM were
purified by DEAE Cellulose DE-52 column to get pure PSM. The laters were given to mice
intraperitoneally. Results showed that PSM extracted with water (20-30℃) and hot water (40℃)
can markedly lower the serum glucose, but PSM extracted with boiling water (100℃) had no
hypoglycemic activity.
