摘要
介绍变频调速及其装置节能的原理,针对某机组凝结水泵节能改造情况,分析高压变频装置接入凝结水泵系统后的控制方式,通过比较该机组凝结水泵采用工频和变频运行方式下的数据,认为使用高压变频装置可降低电厂能耗,是电厂实现节能的有效方法。
This paper introduces the principle of the frequency conversation speed regulation and energy saving,according to the effect of some condensate pump unit energy saving reformation,analyzes the control methods after the high voltage frequency conversation appliance joins with the condensate pump system.After comparing the data between in the power frequency condition and in the frequency conversion condition,the paper shows that the use of high-voltage frequency conversation appliance can reduce the power consumption and is effective method for power plant energy saving.
