摘要
针对企业ERP实施效果与实施目标存在差异的现状,以ERP蕴含的流程为目标进行业务流程的规范与优化,通过现有ERP平台,运用BPM技术,结合Web Service实现企业资源共享和业务流程整合,开发出适合企业的工作流管理方式。以高级应用BPM研究目标拟定的人力资源模块中人员增加的审批流程为例,介绍企业内部业务文档的自动转换和传递。
Aiming at the different implement efficacy and target of company ERP,an electric power company chooses the suitable and optimize business process which contained in ERP software,through the currently available platform,with the technology of BPM,and combined with the Web Service to implement enterprise resource sharing and business process integration better,and then develops the workflow management method to suit the corporation.Based on the application of an electric power company senior research target of BPM human resource module of the examination and approval procedures increased as an example,realizes the internal business document auto-transmit of the corporation.
