健康干预对基层医院护士营养KAP的影响

摘要 目的通过对护士营养KAP的干预,使护士营养KAP显著提高,以进一步推动营养健康教育的开展。方法采取整群抽样方法,确定调查的对象260名护士;根据中国营养师培训教材,编制护士营养KAP调查的内容,共66题;按调查的结果对护士营养KAP进行干预;评价干预的效果。结果回收有效答卷225份,回收率86.54%;基层医院护士营养KAP干预前后比较均有非常显著的统计学差异(P值均〈0.001)。结论健康干预对基层医院护士营养KAP发生了质的变化,为营养健康教育奠定了基础。 Objective To improve nutrition KAP of nurses and push about the health education by health intervention. Methods 260 nurses were selected by cluster sampling and each nurse accepted KAP questionnaire; the nutrition KAP was interfered according to the investigation results, then the intervention results was evaluated. Results 225/260 (86.54%) questionnaire was valid; the nutrition KAP was significant before and after the intervention (P〈0.001). Conelusions Health intervention was effective in improving nurse nutrition KAP and the research provided basis for health education.
