摘要
建立健全以人为本的教学督导评价网络化机制是军校教学改革与发展的重要内容之一.根据教学督学评价工作的基本含义和遵循的基本原则,分析了当前专业技术院校教学督导评价现状,重点就加强督导评价队伍建设、建立健全以人为本的督导评价制度和网络化督导评价新体系等问题,提出了看法和改进措施.
To establish and improve the networking mechanism of instructional supervision of people-oriented is one of the important parts in military academy’s teaching reform and development.In terms of the fundamentals and the basic principles followed in the evaluation work of teaching supervision,the status of teaching supervision and evaluation in technical academies was analyzed.How to strengthen the construction of supervision and evaluation team,howto improve the people-oriented supervision and evaluation system and newsystem of networking supervision and evaluation and other issues were stressed,for which the related ideas and improvement measures were presented.
