空压机用无刷直流电机的模糊控制及仿真

摘要 为了快速适应电动汽车在不同路况时的功率需求,必须对驱动空压机高速旋转的无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的转速进行实时控制.在BLDCM的双闭环调速控制系统中,外环转速采用模糊控制器取代常规PID控制器,以克服BLDCM的非线性影响,它与内环电流的PI控制相结合,提高了BLDCM控制系统的动态响应速度.仿真结果表明:BLDCM调速控制系统采用模糊控制器比采用常规的PID控制器具有较好的控制性能,可满足电动汽车的工作需求. In order to adapt fast the power of electric vehicles to various road conditions,the revolutions of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) that drives the air compressor’s rotating at high speed must be controlled in real-time.In a double-closed loop speed governing control system of BLDCM,a fuzzy controller was used in outer loop revolutions to replace the conventional PID controller,precluding the non-linear influence of BLDCM.And the dynamic response rate of BLDCM control system was improved in terms of the combination with PI control of inner loop current.Simulation results show that the BLDCM speed governing control system with fuzzy controller possesses better controlling performance than that with the conventional PID controller,meeting the demand of electric vehicles’operation.
