摘要
研究了涤纶短纤维前后纺统一油剂的制备，探讨了使用浓度和处理条件，并与进口的同类产品Ｎ—６５Ｃ进行了性能对比实验。结果表明，使用该油剂生产的产品，在含油率相同的条件下，比电阻与进口的Ｎ—６５Ｃ基本相同，具有蓬松、手感性好、无粘结现象，是一种比较理想的涤纶短纤维油剂。
The preparation of the unified terylene flock oil agent used in weaving was studied.The operation condition of the oil agent was also approached.The test resultswere contrasted with the same king of imported produst N 65C.It showed that specific electric resistance of product by the oil agent are as fine as the imported product N 65C in same oil content.The product has some properties such as softness,good hand handle,non_cementation.It is a fine terylene flock oil agent.
