摘要
公共政策作为政府推动城市化进程的重要方式,对城市化快速、健康发展发挥着重要的作用。但从中国城市化的历史和现实情况来看,诸多公共政策的形成和发展却是造成我国城市化滞后的根源。对城市化经济运行的本质进行理性的审视和分析,我国的城市化进程中对公共政策有着高度的依赖性。因此,要弥合我国城市化进程中政策需求与政策供给之间的差距,要根据城市化经济运行的实际,进行政策的调整和创新。
Public policy,an important means for government to promote the urbanization process,exercises a vital effect on fast urbanization and healthy development.But from history and the current state of Chinese urbanization,the formation and development of many public policies are the root resulting in the lagging of our urbanization.Through the rational survey and analysis of urban economic operation,our urbanization has a strong dependence on public policy.So,if we want to bridge the gap between policy needs and policy supply in the process of urbanization,we should carry out the policy adjustment and innovation according to the urban economic operation facts.
