摘要
采用爆炸喷涂、超音速喷涂工艺制备了氧化铝、碳化钨涂层,并对2种涂层基本性能以及腐蚀、摩擦磨损特性进行比较分析。结果表明,超音速喷涂碳化钨涂层具有低孔隙率、高硬度、高结合强度、低表面能特点以及优异的耐蚀、耐磨性能。由于在喷涂过程中发生相变,爆炸喷涂氧化铝涂层产生了亚稳定相-γAl2O3,在酸性环境下遭到腐蚀,其综合性能比碳化钨涂层差。
Detonation spraying and high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF) thermal spraying are used for alumina and tungsten carbide coating.Then the basic properties of the coating are analyzed,as well as their corrosion,friction and wear characteristics.The results showed that,high velocity oxy-fuel thermal spraying tungsten carbide coatings have low porosity,high hardness,high adhesion strength,low surface energy characteristics and excellent corrosion resistance,and wear resistance,due to the creation of a meta-stable phase γ-Al2O3 during the spray,the detonation spraying aluminum coating is eroded in the acidic environment.So its property is worse than the tungsten carbide coating.
