摘要
油田污泥的主要成分为钙、镁的碳酸盐 (约 70～ 80 % ) ,及其它可溶性盐、原油有机质等杂质。将其经过相应的除杂处理后 ,可作为橡胶制品中大量所需的补强填充剂 。
Oil field sludge is mainly composed of calcium and magnesium′s carbonate (about 70-80%) and some other impurities,such as water-soluble salt、crude oil,etc.sludge filler obtained through purifying oil field sludge can be used as a filling and strengthening agent which is used in rubber products widely.The mechanical properties of rubber products filled with sludge filler are superior to that of rubber products filled with light calcium carbonate.
