Find out the influence factors of the fluctuation of heat loads,impurity content in steam and water,the quantity of phosphate added to,the dissolved oxygen content in feed water etc. for the waste heat boiler running condition. Analyze the causes of tube burst for bayonet tube type waste heat boiler and put forward the improvement measures.
