按EPC项目管理的总体要求,为确保项目建设目标的顺利实现,通过对仪表工程过程中遇到的问题,探讨仪表专业在施工管理过程中的关键点以及项目执行过程中采取的必要方法,着重研究项目准备阶段、施工阶段及调试阶段仪表工程管理的问题。
According to the general requirements for EPC projects management,analyze the problems encountered in the instrument engineering process,probe on the important points in construction management process for instrument specialty and the necessary methods adopted in the course of the projects,so as to ensure the project construction objective can be achieved. First of all,study the instrument engineering management problems in the project prepare stage,the construction stage and the commission stage.
