摘要
叙述转窑煅烧工序的偏钛酸脱水机的选型,窑体采用两层砖,转窑尾气副产0.6MPa(G)的蒸汽及副产热水可供水洗之用以及出窑产品余热回收等四项措施可回收总热量的43%,具有显著的节能效果。
Describe the four measures included the type selection of metatitanic acid dehydrator,kiln body with two-ply brick,0.6MPa(G) of byproduct steam and hot water from the rotate kiln tail gas,which can be used in water washing process and the waste heat recovered from the product out of the calcinations. A saving of 43% of the total heat can be obtained by taking these measures.
