摘要
利用夹点技术分析碳酸二甲酯合成工艺系统用能,找出其用能状况不合理之处,提出换热网络优化方案。优化后整个系统可以节约33.7%的低压蒸汽和93.6%的循环冷却水。
Analyze the energy usage of the synthesis process for di-methyl carbonate,find out its unreasonable utilization of energy and propose the optimization solution for the heat exchanger network. 33.7% of the low pressure steam and 93.6% of the circulation cooling water can be saved for the whole system after the optimization.
