摘要
对以酸洗硼镁渣为主要原料制造微晶玻璃进行了研究,利用DTA、XRD、SEM等手段研究了组成对析晶性能的影响,并测试了部分性能。结果表明,在酸洗硼镁渣利用率达60%,添加适量的长石、方解石等原料情况下,可获得主晶相为透辉石和透辉石与钙长石固溶体的性能良好的微晶玻璃。
Preparation of glass-ceramics from the residue of acid leaching and filter-pressing treatment of ascharite was studied. The influences of the composition on crystallization were studied by DTA,XRD and SEM. Some properties of the glass-ceramics were tested. The results show that the glass-ceramics with good properties can be obtained when the utilization factor of the residue is more than 60 wt% and a small amount of feldspar and other raw materials are added. The crystallines of the glass-ceramics are CaMg(SiO3)2,Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)O6 and Ca(Mg,Fe,Al)(Si,Al)O6.
