梅山烧结矿粒度变细的原因分析

摘要 为了弄清入炉烧结矿5~10mm粒级升高和槽下返回率波动的原因,文中对历年来的生产数据进行了数理统计和回归分析,归纳出影响梅山烧结矿粒度细化的主要因素是烧结矿TFe,生石灰配比×生石灰CaO含量、利用系数、精矿粉率、烧结矿FeO、碱度、燃料<3mm粒级量。此外,利用回归方程还可以预测烧结矿粒度组成的变化趋势,达到指导实际生产的目的。 In order to clarify the causes of the increase of the fine fraction (5~10mm) in the furnace bell sinters and fluctuation of return rate from underbin screening, mathematical statistics and regression analysis of the operational data of the past years have been conducted. It was found that the main factors causing the size degradation of Meishan sinter are: TFe(%) in sinter, lime ratio×active CaO content, productivity, concentrate rate, FeO (%) in sinter, basicity and fraction of fuel - 3mm. In addition, the trend in the change of sinter size distribution could be also predicted using the regression equation, to guide the poeration.
