摘要
本文通过对烧结过程影响烧结矿质量的状态变量进行分析,通过实验室试验、岩相分析,确定了烧结矿粘结相量与铁酸钙含量和烧结过程中状态变量——热波特征变量之间的关系,从而建立了描述烧结矿机械强度及还原性的预报模型。通过试验及参数估计法确定了关系式中各种参数的数值。模型的数值求解及实验结果相当吻合,证实其模型的准确性。
Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the state variables influencing the sinter quality during sintering process, and from laboratory test and petragraphic analysis, the relationships between state variables——Variables of heat pattern characteristics and contents of binding phase and CF in sinter are determined, and then, the prediction model describing the mechanical strength and reducibility of sinter is established, Parameters in these relationships are determined through tests and by parameter estimation. The good agreement of the predicated values from this model with experimertal results has confirmed the better accuracy of this model.
