摘要
根据室内物理模拟实验,通过对不同质量分数调剖体系黏度、封堵性能的测定,筛选出适合萨南二类油层的调剖体系配方。该配方由分子量大于2 500×104的聚合物与铬交联剂组成。在优选调剖剂基础上,进行注入时机、注入段塞的优化实验。实验结果表明,配制调剖体系时推荐1 200 mg/L聚合物+40 mg/L铬交联剂。调剖剂最佳注入方式是前置调剖,段塞大小为0.05 PV。
The formula of profile control system has been screened for Class Ⅱ reservoirs in Sanan oilfield according to physical modeling experiments by measuring the viscosity and sealing characteristics of the profile control systems of different mass fractions.This formula comprises polymer(molecular weight over 25 million) and chromium crosslinker.The injection timing and slug size are optimized based on the optimization of profile control agent.The experiment shows that the profile control system of 1 200 mg/L polymer and 40 mg/L chromium crosslinker is recommended.The optimum injection is pre-injection of the profile control agent with slug size of 0.05 PV.
