摘要
目的探讨快捷、有效的防治压疮的方法。方法对60例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者,分为实验组及对照组各30例,实验组30例压疮患者应用康惠尔减压贴,对照组30例压疮患者采用50%乙醇按摩局部,碘伏消毒创面,红外线照射等常规方法进行治疗。结果实验组显效率96.7%、治愈率93.3%、愈合时间(7.1±3.7)d;对照组显效率60.0%、治愈率40.0%、愈合时间(15.2±6.9)d,两组比较,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论用康惠尔减压贴治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮可明显缩短疗程和提高治愈率。
Objective Qick and effective method of.prevention and treatment of pressure sores.Methods 60 patients with I,Ⅱ pressure ulcers,compression ulcer in the order divided into experimental group（odd numbers） and the control group（double number） of the 30 cases,experimental group of 30 cases of this disease were treated with decompression Hong Whale posted in the control group of 30 cases of this disease were treated with 50% ethanol partial massage,iodophor disinfection wound,infrared radiation and other conventional methods of reatment.Results The effective rate was 96.7%,93.3% cure rate,healing time（7.1±3.7） days;control group was 60.0%,40.0% cure rate,healing time（15.2±6.9） days,the two groups,P〈0.001,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The health benefits Aull posted decompression treatment I,Ⅱpressure sores which can shorten the period of treatment and improve cure rates.
