摘要
目的探讨超声引导置中心静脉导管治疗肝脓肿的临床价值。方法 34例成熟型孤立肝脓肿在超声引导下穿刺置中心静脉导管引流、冲洗治疗,经超声随访观察。结果肝脓肿位于左叶21例,右叶13例,单发脓肿30例,多发4例,最小脓肿约1.8 cm×2.5 cm,最大脓肿5.5 cm×7.0 cm,壁厚0.5-1.5 cm。超声引导下置中心静脉导管治疗肝脓肿成功率达100%,置管后团块逐渐缩小、消失。结论超声引导下,对成熟型孤立性肝脓肿穿刺置中心静脉导管引流能达到临床满意疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of treeating liver abscess with central venous catheter under the ultrasound guidance.Methods 34 cases patients with mature isolated liver abscesses have been punctured with central venous catheter to drain、flush and did ultrasonographic following-up.Results 21 examples liver abscess located at the left liver,and 13 examples located at the right liver,30 examples is single abscess,and 4 examples is multiple.the smallest abscess approximately 1.8cm×2.5cm,the biggest abscess is about 5.5cm×7.0cm,wall thickness 0.5~1.5cm.The success ratio of treating liver abscess with central venous catheter under the ultrasound guidance is 100%.After setting with central venous catheter under the ultrasound guidance,the briquetting reduces,vanishes gradually.Conclusion The method that punctures with central venous catheter drainage to mature isolated liver abscess can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.
