摘要
目的探讨闭合性腹外伤中闭合性肾损伤患者的诊断及治疗结果。方法对我院在1989年1月~2008年2月收治闭合性肾损伤进行回顾性分析。结果 65例肾外伤中58例保守治疗成功,7例采取手术治疗。结论正确的诊断思路能提高闭合性腹外伤中闭合性肾损伤的早期诊断正确率,避免漏诊和误诊。对肾外伤患者需及时地诊断、分型,明确提供治疗的依据;患者创伤严重的程度、有无并发伤、全身情况等决定治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the closed abdominal injury in patients with blunt renal injury diagnosis and treatment results.Methods The hospital in January 1989-2008 admitted in February closed renal trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Results 65 cases of renal trauma in 58 cases of conservative treatment,surgical treatment of 7 cases.Conclusion The correct diagnosis of thinking can improve the closed abdominal injury in blunt renal injury in early diagnostic accuracy,to avoid misdiagnosis.Renal trauma patients need timely diagnosis,classification,clearly provide a basis for treatment;the extent of trauma patients,with or without concurrent trauma,systemic conditions such as treatment decisions.
