The paper briefly describes the occurrences and results of the ships'anti collision at a short distance in the restricted visibility and summaries the questionnaire about the actions for preventing collision in such a condition. Meanwhile, it puts out some suggestions and method for safety prevention of ship collision at a short distance in the restricted visibility.
