摘要
目的探讨自体结膜移植与羊膜移植对治疗翼状胬肉复发的疗效。方法选取2004年3月-2009年3月72例翼状胬肉患者,分为自体结膜移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉,随访1年,比较两种手术方法对复发率的影响。结果术后随访6-12个月,结膜移植组痊愈35只眼,复发1只眼,复发率2.86%;羊膜移植组痊愈37只眼,复发6只眼,复发率16.22%。复发率两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论带角膜缘自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有复发率低、角膜创面修复快的特点,是治疗翼状胬肉的理想方法,具有临床应用的价值。
Objective To explore the influence of conjunctivl autograft and Amniotic membrane on pterygium.Methods 65 cases（72 eye）with pterygium were randomly divided into two group：conjunctivl autograft group（35 eyes in31）and Amniotic membrane group（33 eyes in37）.recurrence rate were analysed during the fellow-up 6 to 12 months.Results There were 1 recurrences（2.86%）in the conjunctivl autograft group and 6 recurrences（16.22%）in the Amniotic membrane group.There was a statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between the two group.Conclusion Conjunctivl autograft can decrease the recurrence rate of pterygium effectively,and improve the recovering time of epithelium in corneal wound,which is saft and effective.
