摘要
目的探讨执行功能检测在部队特殊作业分队成员选择中的价值。方法对某部军区及全军技术比武尖子(研究组)和一组普通士兵(对照组)的执行功能采用Stroop任务、连线测验、威斯康星卡片分类测验进行测量,统计分析两者执行功能的差异。结果研究组的执行功能优于对照组,不一致条件下的Stroop计数错误数、连线A、连线B的时间两组存在显著差异,对照组高于研究组(P<0.05);两组在威斯康星卡片分类测验的持续性应答数、持续错误百分率上差异显著(P<0.01),两组在错误应答百分率上差异边缘显著(P=0.07),对照组高于研究组。结论执行功能检测在部队特殊作业分队成员选择中具有一定的价值,对那些需要具备完好的抑制控制能力和良好的随机应变能力等素质的专业分队,应选择执行功能强的战士。
Objective To explore the value of executive function measurement in selecting the members of special troop. Methods One group of top soldiers with excellent military skills and one group of common soldiers were tested by the Stroop task, the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), and the Trail Making Test. Results were analysed. Results The top soldiers had fewer errors in Stroop task, spent less time in Trail Making-A and Trail Making-B, showed fewer perseverative responses (PR), and lower percent of perseverative errors (PE%) than the common soldiers. Conclusion The executive functions measurement has some values. The soldiers with excellent executive functions should be selected for the groups which need the well capability of inhibitory control and mental flexibility.
