摘要
实施个性化教学是落实以人为本教育理念,促进学生充分发展的需要。符合个性丰富的高职生对数学学习的要求,符合现代职业对个性化人才的需要。在高职数学教学活动中,通过营造适合学生个性发展的教学环境,编写有利于学生个性发展的教材、优化课程结构,采用有利于学生个性发展的教法与评价手段来促进学生发展。
To apply personalized teaching in high vocational college mathematics is to implement people-oriented concept and to promote the full development of the needs of students, and it answers the requirement on the mathematics learning of higher vocational students with colorful personalities and meets the needs for personalized talents in modem profession. In higher vocational mathematics teaching, students can be developed by creating a suitable learning environment, selecting teaching materials and curriculum, and applying suitable teaching methods and evaluation tools helpful to improve students＇ personalities.
