摘要
[目的]探讨醒脑开窍针刺法对治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期的临床疗效。[方法]将180例确诊的住院患者随机分为醒脑开窍针刺法组和传统针刺法组,治疗前后分别对两组用脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准(CSS)及美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)评价评定缺血性脑病患者临床神经功能缺损程度。[结果]1)治疗4周后,两组间CSS评分比较,醒脑开窍针刺法组比传统针刺法组评分降低更明显,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2)治疗4周后,两组间NIHSS评分比较,醒脑开窍针刺法组比传统针刺法组评分降低更明显,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]醒脑开窍针刺法能促进神经功能缺损程度改善,对于提高患者日常生活质量有明显的治疗意义,并且提示此针法对患者有良好的调节作用,与传统对照组相比具有更好的治疗效果。
[Objection] To discuss the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao（XNKQ） acupuncture method on treating acute period of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.[Methods] One hundred and eighty patients were divided into the XNKQ acupuncture method group and the traditional acupuncture method group.Before and in the end of treatment,we assessed effect by clinical score standard of the defect degree of nerve function（CSS） and nerve impairment and health score standard of American public health center（NIHSS）.[Results] In the end of treatment,the scores of CSS have remarkable difference between two groups（P0.01）.In the end of treatment,the scores of NIHSS have remarkable difference between two groups（P0.01）.[Conclusion] The results showed that the XNKQ acupuncture method was more effective than the traditional acupuncture method on reducing disabled rate and neurological deficit.It can improve patients＇ quality of life and neurological function.
