摘要
[目的]对巨刺阳经针刺法改善缺血性脑卒中患者的上肢痉挛状态进行疗效评价。[方法]将60例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,两组均予相同的基础治疗,对照组应用传统针刺法治疗,观察组予巨刺阳经法治疗。在入院时及治疗2个疗程后均分别运用修订Ashworth痉挛评分、日常生活活动能力进行康复评定。[结果]观察组患者肌张力及日常生活活动能力均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]巨刺阳经法可以明显缓解缺血性脑卒中后上肢痉挛性偏瘫,其疗效明显优于传统针刺法。
[Objective] To assess the therapeutic effects of Huge Needling on Yang meridians for treating spasm of upper limbs after ischemic stroke.[Methods] All 60 post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.Both groups received the same basic treatment.The patients of control group taken the routine acupuncture therapy,and the patients of treatment group the Huge Needling on Yang meridians besides the basic treatment.Observing the improved Asthworth Spastic Scores（Ashworth） and Barthel Index about activity of daily life,the functional rehabilitation assessment of upper limbs spasticity could be evaluated on admission and after the second course of treatment.[Results] In the observation group,both muscular tension and the activity of daily life were obviously improved compared with the control group.[Conclusion] This observation showed that Huge Needling on Yang meridians had obvious action in relieving upper limbs spasticity after ischemic stroke.It was superior to the control group in therapeutic effects.
