摘要
[目的]观察益肾通淋汤治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。[方法]将120例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组(60例)口服益肾通淋汤和普适泰,对照组(60例)只服普适泰。观察治疗前后患者的排尿症状评分、生活质量指数、前列腺体积、最大尿流率和膀胱残余尿量的变化。[结果]两组总有效率以及在缩小前列腺体积方面,经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但治疗组在减轻患者的排尿症状评分、改善生活质量指数、提高最大尿流率和减少膀胱残余尿量等方面,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗良性前列腺增生效果显著。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Tonglin decoction on treating benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.[Methods] One hundred and twenty patients with BPH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group：60 patients of treatment group were treated by oral administration of Yishen Tonglin decoction and Pervasive Thailand;the patients of control group were treated by Pervasive Thailand.The changes of uresis symptom score,quality of life index,prostate volume,maximum flow rate and residual urine volume before and after treatment of two group patients were observed.[Results] The total effective rate and reducing the prostate volume had no statistical significant difference（P0.05）.However,in treated patients the reducing of urinary symptom score,the improving of the quality of life index,increasing the maximum urinary flow rate and the reduction of residual urine volume and so on were significantly better than that of control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] There was an obvious curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
