摘要
目的:研究金七丽搽剂的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠巴豆油性耳肿、大鼠角叉菜胶足肿、大鼠棉球肉芽肿3种实验性炎症模型和小鼠醋酸扭体反应、小鼠热板致痛反应、大鼠水浴甩尾反应3种镇痛实验观察金七丽搽剂的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:金七丽搽剂外涂给药,在2.2 mL/kg,4.4 mL/kg,8.8 mL/kg的剂量下对小鼠醋酸扭体反应和小鼠热板致痛反应有显著的抑制作用,在4.4 mL/kg,8.8 mL/kg的剂量下对小鼠巴豆油性耳肿有显著抑制作用。在1.1 mL/kg,2.2 mL/kg,4.4 mL/kg的剂量下对大鼠慢性增殖性炎症和大鼠角叉菜胶足肿有显著抑制作用,对大鼠水浴甩尾的痛阈值有显著延长作用。结论:金七丽搽剂具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Tong Feng liniment.Methods: Inflammatory models of croton-oil-induced ear swelling in mice,carrageenin-induced foot swelling in rats and cotton-pellets-induced swelling in rats were made and the experiments of acetic-acid-induced writhing in mice,hot-plate-induced pain in mice and bath-induced tail flick in rats were conducted to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Results: With external administration,Tong Feng liniment had a significant inhibition to the writhing induced by the acetic acid and the pain induced by the hot plate,at the dose of 2.2mL/kg,4.4mL/kg and 8.8mL/kg and also to the ear swelling induced by the croton oil,at the dose of 4.4mL/kg and 8.8mL/kg.At the dose of 1.1mL/kg,2.2mL/kg and 4.4mL/kg,it could inhibit the chronically proliferative inflammation in rats and the carrageenin-induced foot swelling in rats and extend the threshold of the pain caused by the hot plate.Conclusion: Tong Feng liniment has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
