摘要
简述了补偿缸在焊管水压扩径机上的工作原理及其主要作用。通过力学分析,阐明了补偿缸在钢管扩径过程中的有关参数与钢管所建立的相互关系,并结合UOE生产线中水压扩径机的生产实践情况,分析了补偿缸在实际生产中存在的具体问题及处理结果,指出了补偿缸的主要优缺点。
This article briefly introduced working principle and its main function of compensating cylinder in welded pipe hydraulic expanding machine;elucidated mutuality between relevant parameters of compensating cylinder and steel pipe during expanding procedure.Combined with practical production situation of hydraulic expanding machine in UOE production line,it described disposal and results of compensating cylinder in practical production,and analyzed its main advantages and disadvantages.
