核型似近系数在大花蕙兰杂交育种中的应用初探 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索核型似近系数和育种亲本选择之间的关系,提高大花蕙兰育种亲本选择效率。分析了不同大花蕙兰品种的核型似近系数和其作为亲本参与杂交的结实率之间的关系。结果表明:16个品种的核型似近系数介于0.883 9~0.990 8。随着两亲本的似近系数增高,杂交成功率和坐果率都有增高的趋势。成功杂交组合的亲本似近系数多在0.950~0.980,核型似近系数可以为亲本选配提供依据。 The karyotype approximation coefficient of different Cymbidium hybridum cultivar was studied to increase the coefficiency of breeding parents selection and the relationship between karyotype approximation coefficient and the maturing rate was analysed.The results showed that the karyotype approximation coefficient of 16 cultivars were in 0.8839-0.9908.With the increasing of approximation coefficient,the success rate of hybridization and maturing rate increased.The approximation coefficient of parents successive hybridization was about 0.950-0.980.So the approximation coefficient could be the base of parents selection.
