摘要
基于宜昌柴油机厂ＲＴＡ５２柴油机的生产实际情况，阐述了中小批量企业的批量、生产间隔期、投入产出提前期、在制品占用量等生产期量标准制定的依据、原则、原理与方法，并提出了应用计算机辅助管理来实施期量标准等若干措施。
Presents the compilation of requirements, theories and methods on criteria of production term and quantity for small and medium batch enterprises, based on the actual productive conditions in Yichang marine diesel work. Some measures of actualizing the criteria are also presented.
