摘要
粗放型经济发展方式不仅浪费了大量的资源,而且严重污染了环境。发展现代农业是转变农业经济发展方式的重要途径。现代农业是高科技农业、组织化农业、市场化农业、规模化农业、多功能农业、高效率农业、高效益农业和两型农业,能够促进农业发展方式转变。但是,还存在农业基本经营制度和基础设施、科技支农不力、农村资源和环境等阻碍农业发展方式转变因素。需要运用"六用三提高"来发展现代农业,转变农业发展增长方式,促进农业又好又快发展。
Extensive mode of economic development not only wastes a great amount of resources, but also seriously pollutes the environment. Developing modem agriculture is an important means to transfer development mode of agricultural economy. Modern agriculture is a high-tech, organized, market-oriented, scaled, muhifunctional, efficient, high-returned and two-modal agriculture. However, several factors still impede the transition of agricultural development mode, such as imperfect basic agricultural management system and infrastructure, restraint of technical support andrural resource and contaminated environment. ＂Six use three advance＂ should be adopted to develop modern agriculture, transfer the mode of agricultural development and promote a smooth and rapid agricultural development.
