摘要
阐述了京杭运河苏北段缩短船舶停时的必要性，着重分析了构成船舶停时的主要因素，揭示了导致船舶不必要泊港、泊闸时间的主要原因。
The paper points out the necessity that ship berthing time shonld be shortened in northern sector of Beijing hangzhou canal in Jiangsu province.It specially analyses the main factors that give rise to ship berthing time and brings to light the main reasons that cause nonessential port time and lock time.The countermeasures are given for shortening ship berthing time.
