摘要
提出两种利用扫描电镜(SEM)和计算机进行分形分析的方法,并对异种钢焊接接头进行分维测量.结果表明:用扫描电镜进行材料断口分形分析时,选取合适的放大倍数对分形维数值的客观性很重要;异种钢焊接接头断口中具有韧窝断口的焊缝区比具有脆性解理断口的母材区分形维数值大.
In this paper,the two methods of fractal analysis were introduced by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and computer software.The fractal dimensions of fractures of dissimilar steel welded joints were measured.It found that the fracture fractal dimensions were affected obviously by the magnification of SEM.This meant that the selection of the magnification was very important in the analysis.Calculation showed that the fractal dimension of dimple fracture of the austenitic weld metal zone was larger than that of cleavage fracture of pearlitic base metal.
