动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析颅内动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤的临床及影像学资料,探讨其发生机制及治疗策略。方法对4例确诊脑动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,均以动脉瘤破裂出血为首发临床表现,行全脑血管造影检查确诊,并有计划地决定治疗策略。结果全组病例诊断明确,按照Redekop分类法:AVM团内型1例、血流相关型3例,无与AVM无关型。团内型先行介入栓塞治疗,3个月后行γ刀治疗;血流相关型2例行动脉瘤手术夹闭,1月后行AVM介入栓塞治疗;1例因经济困难而放弃治疗。结论全脑数字血管造影检查是诊断动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤的金标准,治疗应根据不同病情制定个体化的治疗方案,体现手术方法和血管内介入治疗二者的有机结合。
