闭合性胰腺损伤35例诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断、治疗和并发症的防治。方法对35例闭合性胰腺损伤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果单纯损伤7例,合并其他器官损伤28例(80.0%)。术前诊断8例,探查确诊27例(77.1%),治愈30例(85.7%),死亡5例(14.3%)。术后发生并发症20例(57.1%)。结论闭合性胰腺损伤多合并周围脏器损伤,早期诊断困难,对可疑病例尽早手术探查。合理选择手术方式及充分通畅引流是减少术后并发症、提高治愈率的关键。
